Tommy Moses Mook, M.D. F.A.C.S.

Dr. Mook received his undergraduate degree from LSU in Baton Rouge and his medical degree from LSU School of Medicine in New Orleans. He completed a first-year internship in medicine followed by a year of surgery residency. He finished his urology residence at LSU School of Medicine in Shreveport.

He is Board-Certified in adult and pediatric urology and is a fellow in the American College of Surgery. He has served as Clinical Associate Professor of Urology at LSU School of Medicine and has served in various capacities of local medical staff including: Chief of Staff at Willis-Knighton Medical Center, Chief of Surgery at Willis-Knighton Medical Center, Board Member of Shreveport Medical Society, Board Member of Biomedical Research Foundation.

Dr. Mook is married to Ann Kinnebrew Mook and they have two children, Julie and Jason. Dr. and Mrs. Mook are lifelong residents of the Shreveport -Bossier area and are active members at Broadmoor Baptist Church.
