Thomas E. Palmer, M.D.

Dr. Palmer received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology from Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge before obtaining his Doctor of Medicine Degree from LSU School of Medicine in Shreveport. His internship and categorical general surgery was at LSU School of Medicine in Shreveport. He completed residency training at LSU School of Medicine in Shreveport and also had a fellowship in the Urologic Oncology Section of Urology at Bowman Gray School of Medicine, Wake Forest University in Winston Salem, North Carolina.

Dr. Palmer is Board - Certified by the American Board of Urology. His memberships have included the Shreveport Medical Society, Louisiana State Medical Society and the American Urological Association. He has presented numerous lectures and papers on urologic topics and has been involved on numerous committees at several hospitals. He is a member of the Board of Directors of the Southeastern Section of the American Urological Association.
